What is included?
Your own bike, maintenance and repairs for normal use, on-site repair support, two locks, theft and emergency support, and free delivery in Kreis 1–5 and 9. No deposit, no hidden fees.
How do the Flexible, 3-month and 12-month plans work?
Flexible costs CHF 34.50/month with no minimum term. The 3-month plan costs CHF 29.45/month with an initial three-month minimum. The 12-month plan is our best price at CHF 24.70/month with an initial twelve-month minimum. Flexible can be cancelled any time with no notice period; after the minimum term, the 3-month plan can be cancelled with one month’s notice and the 12-month plan can be cancelled any time.
How does cancellation work?
Flexible: cancel any time, with no notice period. 3 Months: after the initial minimum term, cancel with one month's notice. 12 Months: after the initial minimum term, cancel any time.
What happens when the bike needs repair?
Message us and we'll arrange it. Repairs for normal use are included, with on-site support in Zürich.
What happens if the bike is stolen?
Write us on WhatsApp and we'll get you sorted with a new bike. Thanks to the theft insurance you don't pay for the full bike — your self-risk is three times your monthly fee.
Is there a deposit?
No. There is no deposit and no hidden fees.
Where do you deliver?
Free home delivery in Zürich Kreis 1–5 and 9. You can also pick up your bike at Zürich HB or Binz. We're quite flexible — just write us on WhatsApp and we can figure something out!
